Registration Procedure
Every participant to the GEOMED 2011 is required to have a Conference Personal Page (CPP) which basically contains name, e-mail address, affiliation and other related information useful to improve the conference services provided. The CPP will be online on the 15th of September 2010.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Please notify the Congress Secretariat if there should be any cancellations of registrations. Written notifications received before 30th June 2011 will have an 80% refund. No refund is foreseen for cancellations received after 30th June 2011. If you cannot take part in the Conference, you may transfer your registration fees to a colleague at any time (please contact the Secretariat).

However, neither the GEOMED 2011 nor any of its representatives will be legally responsible for any cancellation of the Congress, arrangements, programmes or plans having to do with the GEOMED 2011 or any loss, injury, damage or inconvenience which may be suffered by any person while travelling to or from, or during their stay in Italy for the GEOMED 2011.
